Job Title: NetSuite Developer

Reports to: Sr Director of Global Applications

Overview:

Optimas Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled NetSuite Developer to join our IT team. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining our NetSuite environment, ensuring it aligns with business needs and drives efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain SuiteScripts for standard and custom NetSuite applications.

- Collaborate with various teams to translate business needs into functional and efficient software solutions.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of NetSuite implementations, ensuring systems operate smoothly and efficiently.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of NetSuite applications, including upgrades and troubleshooting.

- Manage integration of NetSuite with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.

- Document technical requirements, processes, and training materials for users.

- Assist with the deployment and administration of NetSuite modules, customization, and new feature developments.

Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of experience in NetSuite development including SuiteScript.

- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, with a focus on financial and supply chain processes.

- Experience in Java and other programming languages relevant to ERP system integration.

- Understanding of business and technical process interrelationships within NetSuite.

- Proven ability to manage projects and work under deadlines in a dynamic environment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate complex issues to non-technical team members.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
